Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time (U.S. Only)
- Standard delivery: 3–6 business days after processing.
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Area
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
Delays
During busy seasons, shipping may take a little longer. Every order is crafted with care — thank you for your patience.
💰 Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You contact us within 30 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
1️⃣ Email midnightmoodco.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2️⃣ Once approved, we’ll send instructions for your return.
Please Note:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized designs
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, since each item is made to order.
If your order has already gone into production or shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you can still reach out for help with a return or exchange.
To cancel, email midnightmoodco.shop@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
