Due to increased seasonal demand, our current delivery time is 3–6 business days within the United States.
Each order is carefully crafted and packed with care before shipping — please allow a little extra time as we make your item just for you.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We’re a growing small business and hope to expand to international shipping in the future — stay tuned for updates!
⏳ When will my order ship?
We handcraft each order on demand to ensure top quality and minimal waste.
✨ Processing time: 2–4 business days
🚚 Delivery time: 3–6 business days (U.S. only)
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
If you haven’t received tracking details after 7 business days, please reach out to us at midnightmoodco.shop@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it right away.
đź’¸ What is your return and refund policy?
We stand behind every product we create.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no worries, no hassle.
You’ll have 30 days from delivery to contact us for a return or refund.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Include your name and order number in the return package.
- Once your return is received, your refund will be processed promptly.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase before it begins processing.
If your order has already entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you can still contact us for help with returns or exchanges.
🏠I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at midnightmoodco.shop@gmail.com with your correct details.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it right away.
If it has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t guarantee changes or refunds, but we’ll do our best to help.
